Students life in the context of high inflation

After having a happy Tet holiday in my home town, I come back to Ho Chi Minh city to continue my studying. Everything seems as if nothing to change except the price. I was very surprise when my host announced that the rent-house fee will increase from 600.000 VND to 700.000 VND. That was so unexpected. However, people living around and I had to accept that because he said the reason was inflation, not him. Nowadays the inflation is big problem to everyone while the salary increase just a little and slowly, the price grow so fast. To student, increaing price in inflation really become a "disaster" that will make some bad influences to their life,their studying and their health.

First of all,Inflation have a strong effect on students' living. Most of student who leave their home to Ho Chi Minh city are dependent on their parents. However, not all of them were born in a rich family so the life can not be take it easy. Especially today,life become more difficult when inflation occur. Every day passing is a challenge for student as they have to think carefully to make decision what they buy to eat or not with a little money about 24.000 VND for a meal for 4 person. Inaddition,increasing price in everything lead to increasing cost of living such as rent-house,gas,electricity, water and etc.Although Ho Chi Minh weather is very hot in summer, student who live far from their home town still don’t dare to turn on electrical fan because of the cost of using is increasing.Morever,about the cost of rent-house which is near the university is much more expensive than the other places, therefore some students have to live far from university because their financial condition not allow. However, to this student classes, money paying for transport is big problem now. Cost of petrol has increase to 19.300 VND per litre instead of 19.000. Consequently, some students who have a motorbike don't dare to use it. "Having motorbike but can't use.Inflation truly make living harder than meeting God!". B.H.K-students in Ho Chi Minh university of technical education said sadly.

Likely living, studying is also influenced by inflation. Above all, student have to learn in poor condition.Students can't use fan when it so hot or use lamp to studying at night comfortablely on account of saving money as possible as they can Next, increasing price lead to decrease food and meal in some student classes, accordingly, student won’t have enough energy for studying or other activities.How can you study when you feel hungry or tired? Morever, inflation push student into hard situation that is thinking about icreasing price of everything and finding solution. All of this make student lose their concentration on studying. Inaddition, some students find a way that is having a part time job to solve this difficult problem first. They do work to earn money and support their life in the context of inflation because their parents are not able to give them enough money. Unfortunely,not all of them can arrange a suitable time between working and studying. Therefore, many students don’t have enough time for learning . Furthermore, after 4 or 5 hard working hours, student can get tired and exhausted, even some of them sleep while their teacher are teaching in class, so they can’t study well and may fail on the examination.

Many people think that inflation just influences studying and life of student,however,student's health is not exception. First of all,I mention about the physical influences. To student especially poor student who live far their home,parents can’t give them enough money to support their life. Therefore they try to find a solution for this problem by reducing some fees such as money for meal, money for entertainment,money for one thing called “love fee”,etc.For example,student reduce from 3 meals to 2 meals per day.They get up too late, thus they don’t need to have a breakfast before going to university.As a result if this happen regularly, they will get stomachache easilly. Furthermore, account on the inflation, the price of everything is increase. Accordingly,meat and fish become to rare in meal and will be replace by cheap vegatables with noodles or tofu. Student’s health won’t be supplied enough nutrient for studying and the other activities. Consequently, they will get tired and maybe get sick easily. The second is mental influences.When the inflation happen, student will be worry all of time about the cost of food, rice, rent-house and so on.It cause pressure and stress to their mind. Due to it, they will have insomnia even more headache.
